The
World Bank Officials visited Poonakary, Kilinochchi yesterday (25th) to observe Pallai Kulam Tank which is being rehabilitated
by the Climate Smart Irrigated Agriculture Project (CSIAP). This mission was arranged to monitor the activities of the project implementation. Mr.
